I am committed to providing a safe space for you to explore the effects of a slow, mindful approach to your yoga practice. Together, we will develop a ritual of practical techniques to help you maintain a balance between BODY, MIND and SPIRIT. My hope is that you gain a greater awareness of the space your body occupies, and how to move effortlessly in that space.
