Online Classes
Online classes are offered via Zoom in four to six week block sessions, and are recorded for students to access for a limited time.
Students have the option of registering for an entire session or paying the drop-in rate for a single class.

When you register for a class, you will receive a Google form to complete. On this form you choose the class(es) you wish to attend, and check a box for your method of payment. You are then responsible for sending in your payment before your first class. I accept payment via cash, check, Venmo and PayPal.

GENTLE YOGA via ZOOM
Safe for all ages and body types, this stretching routine provides toning and flexibility to students who prefer a gentle approach to yoga. Postures involve standing, as well as sitting and lying on the floor. Pre-registration Required ​​​

CHAIR YOGA via ZOOM
​Seated stretching, and modified yoga postures for students who find it difficult to get up and down on the floor, or for those who prefer a gentle approach. Standing and balance postures are included in the Chair Yoga class. Pre-registration Required​​​​​

simplyYOGA HATHA via ZOOM
​Warm-up stretches, basic yoga postures, including Sun Salutations, and breathing exercises followed by a brief deep relaxation. Pre-registration Required

SUNDAY 1:30-2:30 PM
DEEP REST via ZOOM
Grant yourself one hour at the beginning of your week to truly rest, renew and recharge. Following a 10-15 minute gentle yoga routine, students lie in savasana (supine) and are guided through a series of relaxation and breathing techniques that offer deep rest and inner peace. Pre-registration Required
