Group classes are offered IN-PERSON and online via ZOOM, and are appropriate for beginner-intermediate students and young-at-heart seniors. No prior yoga experience necessary.

Online classes are recorded and available to view for one week following class. The recording can be downloaded for an additional charge.

Students attending in-person classes must show proof of Covid-19 vaccination. Masks are optional.

​

Workshops are scheduled periodically, and generally offered on Saturday or Sunday afternoons. Most workshops are taught online via ZOOM.

 

Participants receive a recording of the online workshop, available to view for a limited time. The recording can be downloaded for an additional charge.

One-on-one instruction is available IN-PERSON and online via ZOOM. A recording of the ZOOM session is provided for download.

IN-PERSON private sessions are available at the studio or your location.

Private group classes provide an opportunity for couples, families, and friends to customize their session.

 

Birthdays, family reunions, rites of passage, special events, and bachelor/bachelorette gatherings are some examples of private group classes.
