Group classes are offered in-person at my downtown studio and online via Zoom. The schedule is posted monthly. All classes require preregistration.
Students must submit proof of Covid-19 vaccination to attend in-person classes.

Safe for all ages and body types, this gentle stretching routine provides toning and flexibility to seniors as well as students who prefer a gentle approach due to illness, fatigue or recent surgery. Postures involve standing, as well as sitting and lying on the floor. Currently offered on ZOOM only.
