Most classes are held at simplyYOGA on the downtown mall at 223 W. Main Street, Suite B-1, above Reflections, between Mudhouse and the new Whiskey Jar Restaurant (formerly Escafe). We are listed on the directory beside the door. Look for two-hour curb parking near the west end of Market Street. Paid parking is also available at the Omni and in the Water or Market Street parking garages, as well as several nearby municipal lots.
Smith Aquatic & Fitness Center
Formerly Smith Pool, this new state-of-the art facility is located on the campus of Buford Middle School, on Cherry Ave., just past 10th Street. Amenities at Smith AFC include two indoor pools, locker rooms, cardio and strength training equipment and wi-fi! Grand opening Fall 2010.
